You can now access your monthly statement electronically. You qualify to receive e-Statements if      you have access to the internet, an e-mail address        and a printer.

e-Statements are Fast, Convenient and Secure. If you would like to start receiving your statement electronically just download the disclosure and authorization form below. Complete the form and fax or mail to us. When we receive and activate your account for e-Statements an     e-mail will be sent to you with your login information.
